• Outstanding analytical and time management skill

8. HR Staff

Requirements :

• Female
• Maximum age 27 years
• Bachelor’s degree in MSDM or Psychology (preferably a master’s degree)
• 2 years experience as HR
• Fluent in English
• Relevant experience in an HR Role
• Excellent administrative skills presentation

Responsibilities :

• Conducting interviews, recruiting and vetting new staff
• Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
• Counseling staff on HR policies, Practices and procedures
• Handling end to end BPJS (Kesehatan & TK)
